Omakase seatings are available Wednesday, Thursday & Friday for a 6:30pm start. There are only 10 seats available and booking is essential.

Salt grilled paradise prawn

Kagoshima A5 wagyu, daikon, mizuna, sweet soy broth

Tasmania lobster, king mushroom, eggplant tempura

Dashi broth, sea salt

TOMEWAN
Nameko mushroom, fried tofu, spring onion 

DESSERT
Chestnut ice cream, chestnut compote


$260 per person.
