We are honoured to have Sake Sommelier Marie Chiba hosting an exclusive sake evening on Tuesday, October 1st - International Sake Day.

Marie was officially appointed as a "Sake Samurai" in 2019. An honour that recognises individuals who promote sake and Japanese food culture globally.

This event offers a rare opportunity to experience the combined talents of Chef Nobuyuki Ura and Marie Chiba, promising a dining experience that is truly unparalleled.

Tasmanian Ocean Trout Tartare
with Sweet Truffle Miso, Cucumber, French Caviar and Crispy Wonton

Balmain Bug Tempura San Choi Bao
with Spicy Mayo and Tobiko

Wagyu Tataki
with Ponzu Dressing and Micro Salad

Nigiri Sushi
Tuna, Salmon Belly, Scampi, and Snapper

Main Course, Choice of

Wagyu Steak
with Sesame Miso Sauce and Asian Greens, or

Pan-Fried WA Lobster
with Kombu Butter and Asian Greens

Miso Sticky Pudding
